Discovery Repair My Discovery developed a fuel line failure this past Sunday and I had the vehicle towed to the dealership. I wasn't able to contact George K in the se My Discovery developed a fuel line failure this past Sunday and I had the vehicle towed to the dealership. I wasn't able to contact George K in the service department until about 1030 am but they had already started evaluating the situation and promised a call back before end of day with a report. George did that for me and was able to get the part in and repair completed on Wednesday. He also kept me up to date on status using the text feature which I really like. He also checked my vehicle out and determined that I needed a brake repair as well. Lastly, I asked if he could have the vehicle delivered to my home since I was out of town and my wife couldn't get to the dealership and he was happy to accommodate. My wife and I were very much appreciative of that! Great job by George getting this done so quickly for us. More

I had an emergency message on my 2018 F Pace Your staff was very friendly when I called and explained my situation. I had an emergency message pop up on my 2018 F Pace Jaguar that only has a litt Your staff was very friendly when I called and explained my situation. I had an emergency message pop up on my 2018 F Pace Jaguar that only has a little over 3,000 miles on it. The message indicated that I would not be able to start the vehicle unless it was serviced. Note: this was my first service for the Jaguar as we just purchased it the end of December 31st. I did not have a service appointment but your staff was kind enough to fit me in. My only disappointment was that I was not offered a loaner car or a ride as I had a particularly busy day at my office and did not have time to wait a couple of hours for the car to be fixed. (I did get a ride back to my office only after I asked, but was told it was not possible for my car to be delivered to me as there were no drivers available). I had read a lot about Jaguar luxury customer service, so that was a bit of a letdown. George, my advisor, was very nice and helpful, I'm sure he did the best he could since I didn't have an appointment. I look forward to my next service visit in December and will be sure to make an appointment and hopefully reap the rewards of owning a Jaguar. Overall, many thanks to your staff and to George for helping me out in a stressful situation. I am happy the car was fixed and ready to go after I got an Uber from my office to the dealership. More
