Thank you for the text. I do intend on responding to the recent email I got from land rover regarding my recommendation, however I would be glad to respond here in kind. First off thank you for your pleasant attitude. It was a pleasure speaking with you in setting up my appointment. Secondly the service dept is In the best of hands under the leadership of Dave Froment. He exudes the right personality and professionalism necessary to run an extremely busy department (especially in light of the overwhelming amount of issues not only I have had but apparently most Land Rover owners experience). Thirdly George was also very accommodating. I do however have to say that there are still issues with the vehicle and just wanted to separate the vehicle issues with the great job the service department administrators are doing. On the other hand I'm exhausted with the service technicians response of "could not duplicate/ or operating normally". Perhaps techs should be available when customers drop off the vehicle so that it is understood what the issue may be. I can explain In depth as I will have to drop my vehicle off once more. New windshield needed as a result of the pot hole we hit a f George Knipfing is my service advisor, and when I asked him if I could bring my Jaguar into the dealership to have the windshield replaced, without he George Knipfing is my service advisor, and when I asked him if I could bring my Jaguar into the dealership to have the windshield replaced, without hesitation he said "absolutely"! And he indicated that he would to able to provide a car for me to use to go work, etc. Outstanding! When I picked up the car, the service administrator at the desk as literally waiting for me, as George indicated that I would pick the car up after 6pm. She was ready with the paperwork for me to sign and truly treated me as if I have always been servicing my Jaguar at Norwood. Truly genuine excellence in customer service by both George and the service admin. My car was clean and spotless as well. I cannot give enough praise to George and the service area. Truly they have a grasp of what outstanding customer service really is! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! . More
