My car is in the best condition and runs beautifully thanks to the wonderful service advisors at Norwood Jaguar and fabulous mechanics. The people that work at this dealership are the best people in the business. The treat you with the utmost respect. Whether you have a 10 year Jaguar or Brand new, the treat everyone the same, with outstanding customer service. They never make you feel like your a bother. The value and appreciate your business. They go over everything with you. There are no surprises when you come to pick up your car. They have loaners for people to take if your car needs to stay overnight. I have been going here for many years and I wont go anywhere else, to service my car. People cannot believe how good my car looks and how well it runs with over 200, 000 miles on it. Again, I believe my car would not be on the road today if it wasn't for Jake Kaplan Jaguar in Norwood. This dealership is terrific, they don't give you the run around and they don't rip people off. I trust this dealership and always will. Yes , it is pricey when you bring your car in for service at the dealer, but you know you are getting the right parts for your car and not aftermarket junk and you are getting mechanics that know your car better than anyone. I have been without a car payment for many years now and no need for me to buy a new car with my car running excellent. Also, I actually get a lot of compliments on this car because you don't see too many on the road. They stop making the X Type in 2008. Thank You to Jake Kaplan in Norwood for keeping these old Jaguars running beautifully. I highly recommend this dealership for service on your car. If you want you car to run well over 100,000 miles or in my case 200,000 miles, go to this dealership. You wont be disappointed. Nancy More
Bad experience turned great Being new to Jaguar, I was excited to learn about the impeccable service opportunities that the company offered. Needing my first service for my vehic Being new to Jaguar, I was excited to learn about the impeccable service opportunities that the company offered. Needing my first service for my vehicle I called your department directly and was astronomically underwhelmed buy the custom service and the lack of general product knowledge I was given by the service receptionist. I had general questions about the warranty (such as, what is covered) that she could not answer, and rudely dismissed. I wanted to know what I was responsible for financially before heading to my appointment days later. Her answer was for me to find out when I got there as there was no one on the floor for her to ask. I asked for a follow up call when someone was available to which she responded by saying in a round about way that if it that important, she will just find someone to ask. Again, basic knowledge such as “ is my 20k mile car covered for routine service?” I also found in incredibly frustrating that there was no option to use a loaner car (even for a few hours) during the time of service; the loaners are reserved just for those who purchased at your location. This was a little overwhelming to hear as I have never (and I truly mean never) have received these words from another dealership, and I have been a customer to fantastic brand cars for years. How do you want to gain my business in the future if you cannot even go as far as providing a loaner car? This is a quick and easy way for a prospective (sales) client to be left feeling as a lesser on the hierarchical chain that has seemed to be created. Living in the city (smack dab between 3 dealerships) your dropping off service isn't an option for me as I live too far away. Between the two of these issues I was contemplating canceling my appointment, calling corporate to express frustrations and finding another dealership to service my car at. Truly, this changed my perspective on Jaguar as a whole. Taylor at the front desk and Mike who I dealt with in service truly changed my previously tarnished perspective. Taylor was so kind and knowledgeable on the phone when I spoke to her to confirm my appointment (she is not who I had issues with previously). She was so hospitable and warm upon arrival and had an abundance of knowledge to share. Mike knew so much about the vehicle and handled everything with ease. He even went above and beyond as to wash my car which I cannot express how much I appreciate. The two of them made this a seamless experience and truly changed my preconceived opinions of January Norwood. Though they have definitely warmed me up to the the service experience, I am still upset by the inability to provide a service car. More
