Have a 2019 Land Rover Velar. I would buy another again but not from this dealership. I had scheduled to drop my car off and reserved a loaner vehicle two weeks prior, and when I arrived I was informed there were no loaners available! Then he proceeded to let me know that I can call the customers that have the loaners myself and see if they would return them. He also did not offer any help to fix my vehicle. I have a new 2020 range rover evoque and Im a single mom. My car has the check engine light on and sounds horrible as I drive down the road. It is unsafe for me to be driving my child and myself down the road. I drove an entire hour to this appointment only to be treated horrible and then told to leave and wait for them to call me. Two hours driving in total and half a tank of gas later, all while gas prices are sky high and I'm just trying to make it as a single mom. RYAN has NO customer service skills, and treats people as though they are trash. I can not believe that I'm having this kind of experience as a land rover jaguar dealership! More
