I will admit, when I walked into Bob Moore Land Rover to just look and consider purchasing a Defender I had my guard up. But when Sam Dent came around the corner with his gentle smile and super chill perso just look and consider purchasing a Defender I had my guard up. But when Sam Dent came around the corner with his gentle smile and super chill personality, I felt like I had seen an old friend! I have not bought a new car in 36 years! Sam treated me with kid gloves and made the experience so pleasant! I am obsessed with my new Defender! Thank you, Sam and everyone at Bob Moore for treating me as if I were family and making my car-buying experience incredible! You all are the BEST!! More
I’ve been looking for a 2011-2012 Land Rover Range Rover HSE sport for about 4-5 months with horrible luck. I see that the dealership had one traded in with low mileage and contacted them and their response HSE sport for about 4-5 months with horrible luck. They hey posted a car and could not care if they sold it or not. Disappointed. I guess I’ll have to keep looking. More

Have a 2019 Land Rover Velar. I would buy another again but not from this dealership. Between the salesman that lied about maintenance plan coverage to the service manager I tal I would buy another again but not from this dealership. Between the salesman that lied about maintenance plan coverage to the service manager I talked to that basically called me an idiot for wanting it as he went though a list of why we don't offer that here. Was not the point of the call but good way to deflect. That told me everything I needed to know, STAY AWAY. More
They shouldn't even receive a 1 star! Ive never been more disrespected in my life than by Ryan in the service department! I had scheduled to drop my car off and reserved a loaner vehicle two weeks prior, and when I arrived I was informed there were no loaners available! Then he proceeded to let me know that I can call the customers that have the loaners myself and see if they would return them. He also did not offer any help to fix my vehicle. I have a new 2020 range rover evoque and Im a single mom. My car has the check engine light on and sounds horrible as I drive down the road. It is unsafe for me to be driving my child and myself down the road. I drove an entire hour to this appointment only to be treated horrible and then told to leave and wait for them to call me. Two hours driving in total and half a tank of gas later, all while gas prices are sky high and I'm just trying to make it as a single mom. RYAN has NO customer service skills, and treats people as though they are trash. I can not believe that I'm having this kind of experience as a land rover jaguar dealership! More

I drove 3 hours to do business with Monroe as he was the person that answered my internet inquiry about a vehicle they had at person, Monroe Hinton!
