Third time around This is my second purchase from Prestige. I visited the dealer during a one day event sale of demo and program cars offered by Jaguar. When I arrived the dealer had several dozen people looking at and purchasing autos. I had made an appointment, but when I got to Prestige the Sales Consultant I had requested, was with another customer. I was assigned to James Lozier. I am extremely happy that I was re-assigned to James. Although the dealership was packed, he spent as much time as I needed to get the deal done. When I went to pick up the car there was issue with one of the wheels. James took care of it and I was on the road with my new XJ. Also want to say that Tom Pasquale the Business Manager, provided me with excellent service, as he guided me through the leasing paperwork. I felt very confident that everything was in order with the deal financially. Very satisfied with the purchase experience. More
