When one goes to a dealership that is accustomed to selling very very expensive cars, often in the $100,000 and up range, to buy a $30k car would not be unusual to feel like a second class citizen. At Land Rover Peabody my experience was exactly the opposite. I spotted the car that I eventually bought on Facebook and messaged the dealership right away because I was very interested. In less than an hour I had a phone call from Vito, by salesman, acquiring about my level of interest. The next day I decided I was seriously interested and he encouraged me to put down a deposit as there was a lot of interest in the car. He assured me that my deposit was refundable because I still had not seen the car in person. From then on it was smooth sailing. He was very communicative all throughout the transaction and very pleasant to deal with. Almost 2 weeks passed before I was actually able to see the car and actually pay for it. He even served me lunch! Because I live out of state the car had to be delivered to my home. That is when I had the pleasure of meeting Lou, who could not have been better at his job. Lou loves what he does and you can tell. He spent a very generous amount of time explaining the features of the new (to me) car. He could not have been more helpful or polite.Lou is a great roving ambassador for your dealership. Car buying, especially used car buying, to be a chore. Vito and Lou made it a pleasure More
