I had a fantastic experience with Range Rover and want to highlight the incredible service I received. Joseph was my representative and he made the entire process smooth, professional, and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout. I also want to mention Rahmel, who I purchased my Range Rover from a year ago. When I visited recently he walked by, immediately remembered my name, and greeted me personally. That kind of attention to detail shows the level of care and professionalism at this dealership and it really makes you feel valued as a customer. The only area I think could be improved is the loaner vehicle policy. If you have purchased a vehicle from the dealership it would be great to have guaranteed access to a loaner when service is needed. It would add another layer of convenience and match the premium level of service that Range Rover is known for. Overall I highly recommend this dealership. Joseph and Rahmel truly exemplify what customer service should look like. More
