If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. I purchase a 2020 Ford Expedition from this dealership on November 11th… drove home and immediately noticed some issues with how the vehicle performe I purchase a 2020 Ford Expedition from this dealership on November 11th… drove home and immediately noticed some issues with how the vehicle performed. I let the salesman know and told him I would take it to our local Ford service shop to see if they could diagnose the issue since we live an hour from the dealership. Took the vehicle to be diagnosed and find out that the entire transmission needs to be replaced to the tune of 10k!! Told the salesman what the diagnosis was and he was advised by management that I would be able to get my traded in vehicle back but would have to pay a $700 doc fee (which is ridiculous after one day but I agreed). Only to find out a few hours later that management (Tyler & Barry) are no longer going to stand by that statement. They now expect me to come in and start the process completely over and purchase my original vehicle back. This is beyond insane to me and shows just HOW LITTLE this dealership and management care about their integrity. To first sell a vehicle that needs a whole need transmission and then not keep their word on the first attempt to make it right to now doing absolutely nothing to correct this issue. I have 2 small children and am now driving around a vehicle that at any moment the transmission could blow up. It’s clear they only care about a dollar and do not care at all about the customer experience or safety!! I am beyond shocked at this treatment and cannot say enough how disappointed I am in this service!! More

I am beyond furious with the appalling experience I had with Jaguar Land Rover Raleigh. I contacted the dealership about a specific vehicle and spoke with Carlton, their internet sales representative, who with Jaguar Land Rover Raleigh. I contacted the dealership about a specific vehicle and spoke with Carlton, their internet sales representative, who explicitly assured me the car would be held for me to purchase the following day. Based on that promise, I took a full day off work and drove four hours roundtrip—only to discover, upon arrival, that they had already sold the vehicle yesterday at 4:00PM, immediately after our phone call. Not only did they fail to contact me to inform me of the sale, they knowingly allowed me to waste my time, gas, and income to try and pressure me into settling for a different vehicle on the lot. This was a calculated and manipulative bait-and-switch tactic, pure and simple. Worst of all, the orchestrator of this dishonest operation is Jay Tejani, the General Sales Manager. Jay is the epitome of a slimy, untrustworthy car salesman. He will lie to your face, over the phone, in emails—whatever it takes to get you on the lot. Even if you get something in writing, do not assume it means anything. His actions were not only unethical, they were intentionally deceitful. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. I cannot stress that enough. Jaguar Land Rover Raleigh, and especially Jay Tejani, do not deserve your time, trust, or business. There are plenty of dealerships that operate with honesty and integrity—this is not one of them. More
