What really stood out to me was how he handled communication with the extended warranty company. It’s not always an easy process, but Lance truly went to bat for me and made sure my concerns were represented clearly and firmly. It was reassuring to see someone who genuinely advocates for the customer, especially when navigating the complexities of warranty coverage. Despite being the only consultant in the office during a very busy time, Lance managed everything seamlessly.
