My experience with the sales team was fantastic however, my experience with the finance team was very poor. I agreed to the vehicle price and the trade in value of my car with no back and forth. But, the finance department added on a $1299 charge for ceramic coating. Never have I experienced agreeing to the offering price just to have an extra charge from financing.
