Worst dealer ship customer service is a zero at best bought a new 2023 Range Rover sport the window got broken what they don’t tell you is parts are not available so now I have a brand new car with no r bought a new 2023 Range Rover sport the window got broken what they don’t tell you is parts are not available so now I have a brand new car with no rear window with no expected time of arrival no one from the dealership reached out didn’t even get anywhere with Range Rover directly no loaner car just pretty much nothing we can do I have bought my last three range rovers from Range Rover of Rockland! Salesman Glenn seemed like a good guy but that how you can tell when there is a problem he did nothing but pretty much say good to know! Just what you want to hear when you spend $120k on a vehicle bottom line I wouldn’t buy one if something breaks they forget your name and you will have a $120k eye soar parked in your garage like me that you can’t drive and have no idea when the parts will be in or made !!!!!! Best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. The staff was great! No aggressive sales people, no false advertising and definitely kept their word on what they were going to do for me. In two days, I had my car bought, detailed, new battery put in, full tank of gas, registered and insured and ready for me to drive home. Amazing!! My salesman John was one cool gentleman.
