Land Rover Rocklin

My wife and I were deciding between two dealerships on where we would shop for a new Land Rover. This is her fifth Land Rover purchase and I have to say that this experience with Rocklin with Austin Jacob where we would shop for a new Land Rover. This is her fifth Land Rover purchase and I have to say that this experience with Rocklin with Austin Jacob and Eli was head and shoulders above any other purchase experience we’ve had it started with a phone call from Austin assuring me that he would find the car and make the deal that would satisfy me and make me and my wife happy in comparison with the other dealership there actually was no comparison everything about the phone call was encouraging and helpful, made for an easy, smooth and enjoyable purchase can’t say enough about these guys. Buying experience was very easy. Fair trade-in value for our Tesla. Fair and non-negotiable price for the Z06. Back and forth was minimized. They get 5-stars for that. They lose two stars because I have been trying to cancel an extended warranty that I purchased with the car, and I am getting nowhere. I keep getting told that someone will call me back, but nobody ever follows up. The post-purchase experience has not been very good for this very reason. I wish they would make it easier to cancel these extended warranties. This is extremely frustrating. Would do business with them again, but will definitely decline any extras. More
