Finance manager added warranty coverage even when I said I didn’t want or need them. Car only had a few thousand miles (1500) and was new yet traded in. I bought a used car that was still covered by manufac I didn’t want or need them. Car only had a few thousand miles (1500) and was new yet traded in. I bought a used car that was still covered by manufacturer warranty and the finance manager and sales manager insisted it wasn’t. Tired of arguing and playing the stalling game by them, I signed to get out of there. I later called Lexus and did confirm my manufacturer warranty is valid and I am covered. Over $10,000 in additional not needed warranty items were added to my bill. And we wonder why car salesman get a bad image….??? More

The internet team was very responsive to my internet questions. The follow-up questions by phone were quite professional as well. Had it not been for their quick action, I may have passed on the car. That said, I decided to purchase the car and every thing flowed smoothly. Everything from the trade-in evaluation to the wire transfer went well. There are a couple disclosed issues that will be resolved in a week or two. There again, the team was up front and covered the issues professionally. So, so far, the deal has gone better than I had expected. Additionally, becides knowing and doing their jobs well, the team was courtious and patient. I give the team a hardy, thumb's up. I'll add a second thumbs up, once the remaining two items are resolved. My thanks to the entire team! More
