I bought this Chevrolet Tahoe on March 19th of this year and on May 3rd it gave me a transmission failure with only 1,560 miles of use and damaged the entire transmission. I contacted this dealer and the re and on May 3rd it gave me a transmission failure with only 1,560 miles of use and damaged the entire transmission. I contacted this dealer and the response was: we are not predictable of problems. When I bought it, it had 112,000 miles. If they are going to sell a vehicle, let it be in good condition. I would have to take responsibility for all the damages from a dealer who just steps aside since they already have the money for the purchase. BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BUYING HERE. More

Worst communication ever parts department its terrible. Ordered part in November 2023 wait 9 months have to go different way to fix part show up after 9 months and they charge me for it.7500 dollars. Yes, ever. From my initial visit to the dealership months before my purchase (where I was hoping to get a feel for what the best model would be for me) Misch was so welcoming and informative—answering all of my questions thoroughly and transparently.
