We had been searching for a vehicle for at least 6 months. Originally we made an appointment to visit the dealership with another salesman, however when we arrived he was not in the office. Pat Higgins was a pleasure to deal with when having my LR4 serviced after the brake pad warning came on in my 2010 LR4 at 25K miles. I brought it in within days of the warning and thought sure all I would LR4 serviced after the brake pad warning came on in my 2010 LR4 at 25K miles. I brought it in within days of the warning and thought sure all I would need was brake pads. Unfortunately, I learned that on this vehicle the brake pads and the rotors wear down together and get replaced together --- all the time. This translates into a cost of roughly $1500 every 25K miles just for the brakes. Although the service at LR Sudbury was great, it was disappointing to learn this about the LR4. But it does explain why my wheels on the LR4 are always so dirty even 2 days after the car is cleaned. More
