That's because Jim made the whole experience seem more like we were with a family friend, helping us get what we wanted, as opposed to sales guy selling us a car. He is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, patient, no-pressure and shows he sincerely wants the customer to be satisfied. Herb Chambers dealerships are generally first rate and good to deal with. This inadvertently turned out to be a complicated deal with respect to finding the vehicle I wanted and having it delivered to a place convenient for me but not very convenient for the dealer. I do think that the dealership is tough on pricing, but as it turned out under the circumstances, it was OK and Jim went the extra (5) miles to pull it all together.
