They got me in but service took longer then excited. They waived the labor charges which was really amazing and awsome customer service. When I drove off I noticed it had not been washed as the windshield was still dirty and al my floor mats were missing. It took days for them to find them and get back to. Communication is spotty at best and it felt like they thought I was lying about the floor mats until they finally found them. Still don't have them back More

Normally I have an excellent experience at LandRover in Sudbury. This past experience started off terribly. I had triple a deliver my car. It was somehow lost for days. LandRover had no idea that I had my Sudbury. This past experience started off terribly. I had triple a deliver my car. It was somehow lost for days. LandRover had no idea that I had my car dropped off. I had to call triple a to make sure it was dropped off at the right location. There was some confusion about the method they contacted my partner and I with. We asked LandRover to contact my partner directly. It took them a couple of days to get that right. They somewhat made up for this by allowing something that may have been just out of the warranty, to be covered. The person I picked it up from was friendly. Between the car being lost, waiting for a part to come in, and my busy schedule as a small business owner, they had my car for two weeks! Two whole weeks that I had to borrow cars and move things around with a newborn. LandRover also made up for this somewhat by getting my car inspected for me and changing the oil. Overall I am happy with somethings but very surprised at the service I received this time. LandRover is usually, in my experience with them, better. Lastly, I was driving home and I smelled burning rubber. The concerning kind. I thought it was another car because it has to be, my car is very new. It happened again and now I have to call to get it checked out. I am not looking forward to the process again but not many people can work on my car so I almost have to go to LandRover. This is my honest feedback. More
