However, the new management has completely turned the car buying/maintaining experience around from top to bottom. My previous experience was so terrible and everything was handled so poorly. However, the new manager clearly wants excellence at every corner and he achieves that. The staff has had many changes which have resulted in consistently kind, helpful, timely responses and handling of any and all issues. When I first purchased my car, I was ready to tell people to go anywhere but here. However, now I encourage anyone I know to try out Range Rover Sudbury. I had a very unique situation and it was handled perfectly by management. Mike Knox is a genuine, compassionate, and hardworking manager who wants you to have the best possible experience. He spoke to me the way you’d speak to someone you care about. It was more than a sale to him. When making such a large, expensive purchase, you want to go somewhere that they understand the weight of the purchase and have your best interest in mind, not just theirs. In particular, Antonio's veracity is what made me decide upon sticking with Land Rover as opposed to another dealership quite literally right next door. Moreover, the finance director, Jeff Tucker, was one of the most jovial and pleasant individuals I have encountered. Jeff did not push upon us any incentives; instead there was a focus on ensuring that any incentives were understood and waived/accepted upon our own accord. I highly recommend Land Rover of Sudbury. Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted by Antonio he was very professional and helpful on the day of my purchase. It gets better! Being from out of state, Antonio went the extra mile in helping with the VIN check, registration and delivery of my vehicle to me. All and all he made buying a new vehicle a pleasure! 2+ Months with No Response on Service Issue The taillight on the Range Rover Velar we leased a few months ago has been malfunctioning (constant strobing, and turn indicator does not function, cr The taillight on the Range Rover Velar we leased a few months ago has been malfunctioning (constant strobing, and turn indicator does not function, creating a safety issue). We called the service dept after Thanksgiving several times to schedule a time for the car to be picked up and for this safety issue to be resolved. After weeks of not getting a reply, we finally called Land Rover USA's customer service department on December 30 and left a message about the poor service we were receiving from the dealership. After four days of no response from LR USA, we called again on January 3. They contacted LR Sudbury and were told they were booked until February. Seriously? We called with an issue at the end of November, and the soonest they can fix it is over two months later? Something VERY wrong there, since we have had excellent interactions with them in the past. This is our sixth Land Rover in 20 years, and if this is the service we can expect, it will be our last. More
