Working with Matt Phillips and Ben Muenzberg on the purchase and delivery of my CPO 2008 Range Rover Sport was the most staright-forward, lowest pressure sales experience I've been a part of to date. Matt and Ben were both incredibly knowledgeable of all inventory on the lot, Land Rover / Jaguar or other, which made the test driving (which I did a bunch of) and selecting that much more fun and enlightening. It's amazing some of the features these guys clued me into on these trucks. Having now had the Rover in for its first service I can say that working with Patrick Higgins has been a continuation of the professionalism I've come to expect from these guys. Always prompt with an update, willing to work through even the most mundane logistical details and exceedingly courteous. Having a dealership that provides both pickup and drop-off of your vehicle while providing you with a loaner as well is a new experience for me and one I very much appreciate!! I've been out of town for business recently and Patrick arranged to have the vehicle picked up while I was away and delivered back before I got home. Doesn't get much better than that! I have a short fuse for high pressure sales tactics and for people who I feel are "gaming" me. I generally don't deal with them as a rule. This is a dealership that respects both the value of my time ane me as a person. They treat me with class and they know their product. Can't do it much better in my book! This is what earns loyalty. Anthony Belmonte is a great sales person; very nice, low key, and "listened" to all my questions and concerns. Fair price, upgraded the vehicle for me, and even delivered it to my door over an hour away. Everything was taken care of. They know how to treat and respect their costumers. I'm a simple person who has worked hard all my life. This is probaly the last car I will ever buy in my life time. But I am happy to spread the word about Sudbury Land Rover. We have owned 2 range-rovers , 3 landrover discoverys, an lr3 , a sport , and a new sport on the way. 8 cars in total ! Beginning with the appreciation from dealer to customer and vice -versa we ha an lr3 , a sport , and a new sport on the way. 8 cars in total ! This is a great dealership. Closed my deal in a matter of hours. Went for a test drive with Jim Murphy( Ask for Jim when you get there, he's the best, genuine salesman i have ever met.
