Service rep provided inaccurate quotes and timeline for service. Called to upsell brakes said parts were in stock, cost was $1200 and vehicle would be ready by 3:30 that day. Never called back, ever. When I called to pick up the vehicle no one from service was available and reception said parts would be in in 2-3 days. When I picked up the vehicle cost was $1500. It’s not the money, its the time and the principle. I don’t do business this way and will take my service to another dealership unless someone from Morgan follows up and makes this right. More
