When I scheduled the service appointment, the receptionist was not friendly. She had an attitude when I asked her questions. A requested the valet service with a rental vehicle and I asked her if there was an additional charge for the service as this was the first time requesting valet service. She said she didn't know as she only schedules the service. She said I would need to talk to the service department. My question seemed simple, but she was very crass with her reply for a simple question she should have know the answer to. The valet service was scheduled for 10:00 but the arrival ended up being 12:45. My wife had to rearrange her schedule because of how late the driver was. We did get updates to the delivery time by text and a phone call which I appreciated. The vehicle was somewhat clean upon return, but it looked like whoever did the cleaning rushed through it and didn't really care. When you spend over $700 on a service you think the vehicle would return with a thorough cleaning. The cup holders were dirty, the cargo area was not even touched, and the rest of the vehicle was only half vacuumed. A positive was all the services I requested were completed. More

Veronica Carwell was delightful to work with. She followed up with me consistently keeping me up to date every step of the way. While they were extremely busy, they made provisions to fit me in to check a tire that continued to lose air. They discovered the damage in the tire, replaced it and had me on my way so I could travel safe fit me in to check a tire that continued to lose air. I'm taking my car in again, first for indicator warning on dash, now for car leaking water and oil. Car never leaked oil before.. Needless to say, not a happy customer at this point.
