This was a horrible experience with Michael Rousseau and his manager, Chad. Not only was it a 13 hour ordeal while I was nine months pregnant, They went through my personal items in my vehicle, and did not his manager, Chad. Not only was it a 13 hour ordeal while I was nine months pregnant, They went through my personal items in my vehicle, and did not allow me to clean it out myself and place it in the new car. They also left a knife with a 6 inch switchblade in the open position in the backseat, which my husband cut his hand on while installing our infant car seat. We have made multiple purchases at this dealership, but after the GM never even took the time to follow back up with us, we have waited Since October it is now January so we are doing our reviews of this dealer Since the GM never took time to make this, right. More

I recently switched to Land Rover West Houston after not getting satisfactory service at another dealer. Not only did they go out of their way to address my service issues in a timely manner, but they also getting satisfactory service at another dealer. Not only did they go out of their way to address my service issues in a timely manner, but they also identified a couple of safety issues that needed to be immediately addressed.
