The best experience purchasing a vehicle I've had was my experience with JLR West Houston. I felt like there was no run arounds. The staff were straight to the point, direct, and actively trying to help me experience with JLR West Houston. I felt like there was no run arounds. The staff were straight to the point, direct, and actively trying to help me with my requests. The GM chatted with me to help get the deal done and was super polite and professional. Aaron the salesperson and Kim the financier were helpful as well. Again, these 3 people made me feel like making me comfortable to the closing was more important than just negotiating a deal in the dealer's favor. I would 10/10 recommend. More
