This place is poorly run. It took 3 1/2 days to run a diagnostic w no communication after they told me it will take one day only. Then, their service advisor tells me I have to pay $3500 in fees to fix a coolant leak as it’s not covered by my CPO warranty. I didn't believe him & had the Range Rover towed to Jaguar Land Rover North & they agreed the coolant leak was the issue. However, it cost $945 to fix & the parts & labor were all covered under my warranty. The service people at the North location admitted something seemed fishy & the rep Jose Boscan who tried telling me that certain parts weren’t covered was clearly lying. Also, after I kicked up enough fuss about their diagnostic fee of $400 because I was getting the vehicle fixed under warranty elsewhere, isn’t it funny they then decided ok u don’t have to pay us & we will eat it. They ate it because they knew I was bringing it to a reputable dealer & they got caught & they knew it would be covered & they didn’t want more problems. I will be filing a claim w the TX attorney generals office & speaking with leadership at Corporate. If I didn’t have enough sense to speak to a different dealer, a reputable one, I’d have paid almost 4K to these people. Imagine how many older people or even very young people they do this to & take advantage of. Lastly, their communication w me was 99% over text. No calls, no relationship experience - just texts with their invoices telling me to pay their fees or my engine might blow up. That was Jose Boscan’s scare tactic. I’d love for him to post a reply as I have all his texts & would be glad to post them all & fully expose him so everyone can see how this guy & this crappy dealership try & scam people. He told me he’s been doing this job for 20 years when I brought the car in … Well, maybe corporate should know - maybe he’s been doing this job for 20 years too long. Terrible scam artist & totally caught. Out of principal, I will get this in front of corporate. It’s not right what they’re doing to people. More
