In the beginning of my shopping process - they made everything easy. We worked together to find the right vehicle. I already had financing but they were able to do better than the deal I had in place. everything easy. We worked together to find the right vehicle. However - after I made the purchase - the Sales Person I worked with moved on to another company. It took over 6 months to get my license plates (I was driving around with expired temp tags) and I have yet to recieve my secondary set of key. It became very difficult for me to reach a manager and just as difficult to get someone to call me back. I am coming up on the anniversary of my purchase and in still awaiting these keys. I don't leave locally - so I'm unable to deal with them face to face. I don't believe I would have had these issues linger as long as they have - had I been able to show up in person. More
