I didn't mind that it took over two months to service my car (replace the turbo charge) however when my car was returned to me, it was dirtier that when I left it although my paperwork said it was washed ou car (replace the turbo charge) however when my car was returned to me, it was dirtier that when I left it although my paperwork said it was washed outside and vacuumed inside. There was something spilled on my dash that wasn't there prior. The package of wheel lock nuts were missing, except one and the one in the package was stripped. I did not get my brakes done here because the price was ridiculous, drove it directly to my mechanic however he could not get my wheels off because of the wheel lock nuts being missing or stripped. Therefore I needed to park my car, get a rental and wait to hear back from Land Rover on how to get the wheels unlocked. I am writing this review because I sent an email on Friday morning, received voice mail the next day. When I returned their call the name of the voice message was different from who said to call back so I left a message anyway and sent another email. I am still waiting for this to be addressed in the meantime I cannot drive my car because I am concerned for my safety if I do because the brakes are screeching so bad. More

I understand the pandemic has taken a toll on all customer service, services, however, the customer service at this dealer, in particular, is not the best. I love the people, Joe, everyone there, how customer service, services, however, the customer service at this dealer, in particular, is not the best. I love the people, Joe, everyone there, however they need MORE people because they simply can not keep up. Unfortunately, the client suffers a lack of attention until things are way out of line and then they will make things alright. Again, it's not personal, it's simply this is a dealership that needs help for the number of people who shop and need customer service. More
