Purchased my vehicle Aug 2023 1. Headlight was out when i picked up the vehicle. they made promises to repair and never did dispite all my attempts to connect to get them fixed. 2. Oct 2023 experienced losst of power and vehicle would accelerate above 35 mph. took it to delership and they replaced the tourqe converter. 3. Nov 2023 vehicle loss power again and making engine clapping noises 4. Nov 6 2023 took to Joseph Cheverlet and they didnt accept warrenty company purchased through Landen. 5. Nov 6 2023 took vehicle to another certified location and reported to me that major engine work was needed. 6. Nov 14 Warrenty company denied claim for the reason of "Pre-existing issues." Dealership called warrenty company and somehow convienced them to approved 7 Nov 22 discovered ,ore issues after completely removing the engine head, total repair cost rose to $6400. Frozen lifters, cam shaft replacement etc., 8.My car retruned fixed 10th of December. Warrenty company paid 6200 and i was responsible for 300plus. Landen paid $200 and i paid the balance. 9. Iwas forced to get a rental, warrenty paid 30 a day max. Our of pocket for me was 600 plus dollars all because this company sold me a vehicle that they dressed up but knew it needed repairs, proof is in the car fax. Please take their cars to a prfessional repair shop to get it looked over before you purchased your vehicle. as of Feb 7, 2023 headed back to the shop for exhust leak and rear end noise More

I bought a 2016 Kia Sorento from them in December last year, and in February of this year the engine wen Motors. Since that time things have changed. Landen Motors and the staff there have reached out to me and are trying to help me and my family recover our losses on the engine because it should have been covered and Kings Kia basically stole 7,000 dollars from us. If a dealership is willing to go out of their way to help me after the fact, I am willing to buy a vehicle from them again in the future. More

I returned the car to Landen Motors where Mike Oden immediately took the car to be repaired. In a few days it was complete and I picked the car up and it has been fine ever since And he even gave me a full tank of gas. By now you are wondering what my car is. Worst car purchasing experience ive ever had. The car i bought needed a camshaft sensor. They agreed to replace it and buff the headlights out. After 5 days i was contacted to pick it up. When i got this car home it stalled everytime i started it. I did a pretty thurough check when test driving. After the rapairs they made i realized that they hadnt fully put the mass air flow sensor back in and the air intake duct vent was mangled with broken clips and large holes in it and the headlights were not buffed as promised... I spoke to the owner about this issue and he offered to send a tow truck the next day. That following day i stayed home all day to find there was no tow truck coming.
