We had tried multiple dealerships just to be told it wasn't doable to get us out of the car. I decided to give Landers a ga shot, we drove 45 minutes to Southaven got stuck in bumper to bumper traffic and I just knew it was a sign that things were not going to go our way. Once we pulled in and parked we were met by Zach ( that impressed me that I didn't have to go looking for a salesman as I had at previous dealerships). We already knew what we were looking for and we sat down, explained the situation we were in with our Jeep and that we wanted out but because of the negative equity no one was able to do anything ( I didn't have high hopes that Landers would be able to do anything either) and Zach stated he would do everything he could to get us out of the Jeep. Needless to say, he did! And kept the payment lower than any other dealership had ever quoted us. Zach and Randolph worked their butts off to get us into our GMC Acadia. It was a long evening and I have never enjoyed the quiet awkward silence that is associated with buying a car, with Zach there was none of that. We laughed, joked, and picked at each other. Zach even helped me clean the Jeep out ( something no other salesman I have dealt with has ever done). Almost an hour after they should have closed we pulled out of the lot. and was headed home. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman or dealership to have visited. Lander's has raised the bar and Zach has set the standards of what a salesman should be.
