I called the service department for over 2 months and left countless messages on voice-mail for a returned call in which I never received. I finally reached a young lady after asking front desk reception left countless messages on voice-mail for a returned call in which I never received. I finally reached a young lady after asking front desk receptionist to put me on hold with someone im service. I held for over 45 minutes just to be immediately told that my truck cannot be serviced because it's a 2008. After informing her that I was calling due to a open airbag recall and I need to arrange for loaner rental. I'm then advised that they off no loaners not even rentals. Never heard of such since it had never been a problem in the past. The quality of service and standards are definitely not the same as when it was Bud Davis. I most definitely will not be purchasing another cadillac brand especially since this is the only cadillac dealer we have locally. I have previously purchased and leased over 15 cars with Bud Davis and never gotten this low level of service. More

HORRIBLE I have a lease vehicle that I have problems with. I have taken it 3 times and still can not get any results. They want to keep vehicle for unknown weeks and will not give you anything to driv with. I have taken it 3 times and still can not get any results. Do not go to this place! We keep my deceased Mothers 2004 Cadillac Deville in great shape, in her memory. At 74k miles the ABS system went out, I took it to Landers of Memphi We keep my deceased Mothers 2004 Cadillac Deville in great shape, in her memory. At 74k miles the ABS system went out, I took it to Landers of Memphis and was told that when they took it over from Bud Davis they do not work on cars older than 2010! it is a factory car and they are supposed to be an Authorized dealer. All other repair places EVEN GM say it has to be fixed at Cadillac only! This dealership does not even show on Carfax! Should tell you how terrible this dealership chain is. Just read all the 1 star reviews. GM should do something about this and remove their dealership! But nothing will be done because they keep pushing out new cars, who cares about the customer??? I can honestly say find ANY other MFG then Cadillac, do yourself a favor, they treat you special to get a sale and then throw you to the pigs if you are not dropping cash every month to them. The Service person even asked when the last time i brought in the car? it was 2017 the year before my mother passed, what does that have to do anything with fixing a ABS issue? Every other places I go to all say it has to be done by Cadillac for programming. The consumer deserves better from GM!!! More
