However, their hands seem to be tied by the Arkansas store when it comes to title paperwork. I got mine the day it was due, after three visits to the dealership. I should have received it in the mail, several days before it was due. This was frustrating, but again, the folks I worked with in Joplin were very helpful and kind. I would happily buy from them again if they get their paperwork office straightened out. More
