As explained in other reviews. The agreement was made over the phone to meet an advertised price on any "New" Escalade. When the customer arrived we looked up the unit in question online and then called the dealership to get details of how they arrived at advertised price. Was told by the selling dealership that the unit in question was a never titled unit but had been previously used a service loaner and had over 5,000 miles on it. We explained to the customer that there was no way to match a price of a new no mileage unit with one that had been a previous loaner unit with that many miles. We would absolutely agree to still offer to meet any advertised price on a same model unit with acceptable "New car" mileage. We offered to sell our a little under cost to compensate for his time and that was not acceptable to him. We apologized for the inconvenience but hopped he would understand that what he was asking for was unrealistic.
