Oil Change & tire patch I bought my car at Crossroads, but since it’s a Ford I took it to 2 Ford dealerships for minor work and I vow to NEVER take it to anywhere but Crossro I bought my car at Crossroads, but since it’s a Ford I took it to 2 Ford dealerships for minor work and I vow to NEVER take it to anywhere but Crossroads again. Every time I call the dealership, someone always answers the phone, never just an automated thing that transfers you to 5 people and you still don’t get any answers, they’re always nice and cheerful and very efficient with everything. I took my car in for an oil change and told the sweet girl that took my keys that I had a rock in my tire that I couldn’t find, after an hour she came back out and told me it was not a rock, but a nail, and asked permission to fix it. I can honestly say I’ve never had any issues with Crossroads, from the salesman, Tab, to finance, to service, they’re all great! More

Not happy To get a price for a vehicle you have to type all your information in to the computer yourself and give them a copy of your drivers license. They do To get a price for a vehicle you have to type all your information in to the computer yourself and give them a copy of your drivers license. They do not allow you to drive off the lot with the vehicles. They stop after they leave the dealership and trade places with you so you can drive the new car. But we got to drive off the lot in a used car. They do not talk to each other in the building. No one knows what any one else is doing. Even if it’s on the same vehicle. It took us at least four hours to everyone on the same page and did not get a run down of what was all on the vehicle. To be honest I was so tired that I just wanted out of there. If the vehicle was not for my son I would have said no thank you and went to Toyota to get a vehicle. I don’t think they thought we were going to buy a vehicle. They really didn’t know what they had on the lot. Me personally will not go back for a Chevy any where. Because of the company policy. Toyota took two hours from walking in and driving away with a vehicle and even know what it does and how it works. Chevy have no clue. And only got one key and flob. I have never just got on key ever. So we will have to pay for an other key and flob. The only high to this experience is my son does love his truck. More
