My experience was good both days with the exception of Thursday when I called after I had the recall done, I called and talk to Kasi Goff and told her what had happened and her answer was pretty rude and Thursday when I called after I had the recall done, I called and talk to Kasi Goff and told her what had happened and her answer was pretty rude and uncalled for, "that nothing going with the car has anything to do with what they did today" and I went ok, the car was fine before, so she said "do you want to make an appointment?" And transfer me to make an appointment. Well guess what it was something to do with what it was done to it. I did not appreciate her at all. More
