Purchased an Escalade in March of 2019, have had multiple problems... have had some problems that were the same since the vehicle was purchased ... like the radio for instance, will not tune in channels for problems... have had some problems that were the same since the vehicle was purchased ... like the radio for instance, will not tune in channels for local radio... thus forcing one to buy xm radio if we want to hear anything. Great Service Department (Warranty Work) 2nd time in a month for service work that was unrelated. Tom Schaub, my service Advisor, made an appointment because my 2017 Silverado was shifting h 2nd time in a month for service work that was unrelated. Tom Schaub, my service Advisor, made an appointment because my 2017 Silverado was shifting hard and Transmission vibrated when changing gears. Tom set me up with an appointment with their outstanding transmission expert, and did warranty work in replacing the transmission fluid. When the truck was returned, the transmission was serviced and Tom had a body technician reattach a molding that came loose. The truck drives like brand new now thanks to Landers OUTSTANDING service department...a credit to the dealership that will have me returning to purchase a new truck in the next couple of years. I recommended to my brother and he bought his new pickup there. Great job Landers service department. More

Historically, dealerships are not high on my list. So, when my regular, trusted mechanic referred us to Lander's, I was less than thrilled. How wrong I was! From the 1st phone call to picking up my vehicle, everyone I interacted with was top notch. Very professional. Corey listened to my vehicle concerns and made sure the technician heard me as well. Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. Communication was excellent as well. I would definitely return for vehicle service and recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
