I did not have time to find a car wash before arriving at the dealership because I had another 3 hours of driving after I completed the paperwork. My salesman and the finance individual that got everything done for me were awesome! other people at the dealership cannot have the same said. I heard multiple comments from multiple individuals about how dirty my car was when I arrived, and how excessive brake dust appeared to be on the vehicle. I can honestly say, that if I would’ve heard one more comment about the vehicle I was trading in, I would’ve gone back into the dealership, asked for my keys back, and canceled the sale of the new vehicle. maybe they thought I was new to the car buying scene, and thought they could pull a fast one on me somehow, but I can promise you, I won’t be having any wool pulled over these eyes anytime soon when it comes to car buying. If it hadn’t been for the salesman & finance gentleman, I would have canceled the sale, walked out of the dealership, and left in the same rare car I drove 700 miles to trade in! My “friendliness” rating applies solely to the 2 Individuals I dealt with personally. More

One of the questions I asked is if the current dealership went out of b I purchased a used vehicle and received the Engines for Life warranty with it. One of the questions I asked is if the current dealership went out of business, sold, went bankrupt, etc. Would Chevy still honor the warranties extended with the sale? The sales representative confirmed that it would. I called to schedule my 2017 Ford Escape for an oil change after the first of the year and was told the dealership had sold and I had to provide proof that the Engines for Life program was part of the sale agreement when I purchased the vehicle from the dealership and I could not participate in the Tires for Life program because I hadn't purchased tires from the previous dealership. I was upset but fortunately I had kept the sales agreement. I called last week to schedule an oil change and had my sales agreement/contract as proof. I arrived, the woman who checked me in was extremely nice. She was very professional and courteous. She pulled my vehicle in right away and walked me to the waiting room. Normally it takes up to two hours for the oil change. I wait as I don't have other transportation, plus I live in Anderson, MO. She told me the vehicle would be ready at 8:15 am and it was ready at 8:25 am. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised! On top of the great customer service, I checked out to pay for the engine additive and they didn't even mention the Engines for Life contract. I was ready for a conflict but thankfully the new dealership honored it with no issues or hassel. Thank you making my life a little easier and better on this day and going forward with each oil change! More

Body, paint and cosmetic work We purchased a pre-owned Cadillac Escalade from them. Sales team was absolutely awesome to work with. Jamie our salesman went way above and beyond during the purchase. As part of the purchase, we had an agreement to have a few minor scratches and a door ding fixed. We made arrangements to drop the vehicle off on Monday of the following week to have the scratches and ding repaired. We were told the work would take a couple of days tops. When I was sent a picture of the “repaired” areas it was sub-par work at best. Paint didn’t even come close to matching and it was not smooth at all. I asked for it to be re-done properly. The company comes back on Monday (day 7) to fix the area on the bumper that was not done properly. They finish and I am told the vehicle isn’t ready because the door ding guy (apparently a separate company) had not showed up since the day we dropped it off over a week before. Guy shows up two days later (Wednesday) and fixes the door ding (did a great job). I show up Wednesday afternoon to pick up the vehicle. As I’m looking over the areas that were suppose to be fixed, I find a very obvious drip area plain as day. Mind you this is now the second time the same spot has had to be redone and yet again they did sub-par work. I would be embarrassed as a business owner to know my guys or subs are doing this type of work and thinking it’s ok. Seems like the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. They are completely awful at time management and scheduling. So, after all that we will have to bring the vehicle back once again to have the paint redone on the bumper for a 3rd time. Our salesman Jamie did everything he could to get things done aside from doing the work himself. Why a salesman would have to do the job of a service department is beyond me. His job is to sell vehicles not fix them. If the service department was competent he would not have been forced to hold their hand to get things done. Mind you to date I still have not been contact by anyone in the service department the entire time my vehicle was there. Very disappointed in the service side. More
