Long wait Bought my Chevy Impala and 2014 and I've had free oil changes ever since. Since Landers took over there taking longer to do the oil change even though Bought my Chevy Impala and 2014 and I've had free oil changes ever since. Since Landers took over there taking longer to do the oil change even though I always schedule an appointment and this last time they failed to let me know it was done as I sat there for over an hour waiting. Then they tried to charge me for it when I'm supposed to get free oil changes for as long as I own the car. I think they just need to get organized I was not very happy when I left there. And honestly even though I had to give a name I'm not positive it was the right salesman. It was definitely an older gentleman. More
