TBG issue I took my vehicle to my local repair shop to have my AC blower motor resistor checked out and I found out from them it was red tagged, they said it w I took my vehicle to my local repair shop to have my AC blower motor resistor checked out and I found out from them it was red tagged, they said it was a TBG issue, it was a recall from GMC , They told me to call lenders Cadillac GMC to make an appointment with the service department to have it checked out. When I brought it to the service center, the lady who is helping me which by the way was very nice, I forgot her name but it started with a K, looked it up on her computer and she cannot find any recall that I was told at my shop, I am just confused on how my aloe shop found it on their‘s and they couldn’t be found on yours . I just want to get my vehicle fixed, it is very frustrating to have to take the fuse out every time we use the AC or the heater because the blower resistor motor stays on when you turn the car off More

Oil change I told the man on the phone I was last minute scheduling for an unexpected trip. He said to drop my car off and they would squeeze it in. That’s exactly what I did but Allie was rather hateful upon arrival, then just her entire demeanor was rude. I told her I was going to leave and she was rude with her remarks. I had my 3 children with me and didn’t feel like waiting at the dealership. When we were walking out my 9 year old daughter made a comment that she seemed grumpy to which I agreed, and I think/hope she heard so that maybe she’s kind to other people. More
