Oil change I purchased this vehicle when it was still Crossroads and was promised free routine vehicle maintenance for the first 2 years. Have only had the car f I purchased this vehicle when it was still Crossroads and was promised free routine vehicle maintenance for the first 2 years. Have only had the car for 16 months and was charged $103.25 for my service appointment. Further more when trying to place a call to set up the appointment I was on hold for over 5 minutes just trying to get it scheduled in the first place, never had this happen before when it was Crossroads. Had I known this GM company was going to change hands, I would have not purchased my vehicle here and can't believe it was sold without having previously bought vehicles here without knowledge of their customers service agreements!
