Was told by gm customer service to be at the dealership at 7 that they would take my 2018 gmc sierra and I would be able to get a loaner truck for the weekend. Google says you open at 730 your website says 7 and your door says 8.... We were there at 7. The bay opened at 740. We spoke to Kasi. Explained the air was out we were told to come and that we needed a loaner and wanted to drop off the truck. The truck is 2 years old and the ac is out on memorial day weekend we had a boat we needed to haul home. Kasi was less then professional telling us we were told wrong and that they were swamped couldn't help us and treated us like we were stupid. She also told us there was no way they could do anything until Tuesday and that because it wasn't a safety concern they wouldn't even consider helping us or giving us a loaner. We left, i called gm customer service again... the lady told us she had dealerships that were opened but no one was answering the phones..... We drove home and decide to head for the lake in our other vehicle on our way out of town we decided to call landers to schedule an appointment for Tuesday as the service tech had told us hatefully. To our surprise the scheduling lady at landers told us that they had availability at 9:45 and we could come drop the truck off. So we turned around drove back home got the truck and went back to landers. You can imagine the surprise on the techs face when she seen us again after telling us there was nothing she could do to help until next Tuesday.... She threw her self in her seat jerked out a tag and keys and said we could have a loaner truck but SHE wouldn't allow us to tow with it. Lol I assured her that we didn't need one now... but I was think to myself wow 4 hours ago there was no way you could get us in and there was no way we could get a loaner truck for the weekend. Amazing how that all changed.... Kasi and Tom the older gentleman that she clearly gossiped to about us. Were less then professional letting us know they would never get to our truck today and they were just so busy there was no way. Even though the scheduling person assured us it was a 4 to 6 hour turn around which would mean that in fact they would get to it today. About 30 minutes after we dropped it off they called and had a diagnosis. A few hours later the truck was fixed. Kasi left the keys in it for us so we could come back and get it after they were closed. She was much nicer on the later half of the whole experience... We were charged almost 1000 dollars... The bill we seen when we agreed to pay was not itemized. When we did get the bill I noticed that we were charged for 68.... 68 units of refrigera 8.800 n thats nearly 200 dollars. No break down on cost of labor per hour and how many hours were spent on it. More

This company bought out the dealership i bought my car from. Part of the price of my car and why i bought it was i would get a set of tires when i needed them and free oil changes for life. Oil Consumption test They tested our car (2013) for oil usage because of a problem in early year makes of Equinox, found it to be faulty, and fixed it.
