Bought a car for my daughter My daughter just got her license and I was looking for a used car for her. I had particular requirements in a car, and Chad McNeil worked hard to find My daughter just got her license and I was looking for a used car for her. I had particular requirements in a car, and Chad McNeil worked hard to find the right one. It turned out the Ford Escape I bought was unavailable to look at when I was there on a Saturday, but Chad described it to me accurately. It was very clean, very good condition, with average miles. We agreed on a fair price sight unseen subject to me approving the car when I could see it Monday. It was a great car and I was ready to buy it until I test drove it and discovered bad noises coming from the rear end. I was ready to walk away from the deal. Chad McNeil told he would have the service department diagnose the problem. The next day he told me the rear differential bearings had gone bad and had ruined the whole differential. The dealership replaced the entire rear differential and the rear drive shaft and honored the price we had agreed originally. To sum up my experience, I had a great salesman who worked hard to find me a good car, and good service before and after I bought the car. More
