I can't remember the guy's name that came out of the office & helped make the deal happen, but I do know Ray, Jeremy, & HB did a great job, & I appreciate everything they did. I know they didn't have to stay as late as they did, but they wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I'm extremely happy w the 2013 Chevy 2500HD Duramax! TWO new vehicles in ONE night My husband told them what he wanted and he didn't test drive any other vehicle. They were very good to our children while we were there. Save your self from aggravation I dropped a jeep for some minor warranty work after 6 days of hearing nothing I stopped by to check on it. I was told they haven't Ben able to get to it yet. 6 days is a little excessive in my opinion. I told they guy I would just take elsewhere and all he said was ok. I took it to Fowler and they jumped on my warranty work with no problem. You can tell when you walk in to stanley service dept. that it is chaotic and not organized period. Always go with your gut when you have a bad feeling it is for a reason. Never again David Stanley you are a bunch of clowns! More
Purchasing a 2014 Charger Hemi We had previously bought a 2012 Charger from Russell last year so we knew exactly who to come to and how great he was at his job. When we got in, Russell was with a customer but he immediately set us up with Stephen Allen to start looking for the car we wanted. Both Russell and Stephen were totally familiar with the 2014 Charger inventory at the dealership and we wasted no time finding the exact Charger we wanted. We worked a deal in what seemed like no time and got out of the dealership with everything accomplished. Manny in Finance helped and walked us through all of the finance paperwork and explained everything to us as we went through it. Then after explaining to Russell that we would come in the morning to go through all the delivery items because we were all exhausted, he set us up for first thing. When we arrived this morning, Russell walked us though every feature on our vehicle and Stephen found us to make sure everything went as we expected from David Stanley's exceptional service. I would and do happily refer car buyers to Russell Jackson and will now tell them to see Stephen Allen if Russell is not available. I have always hated car buying in the past but with these two salesmen and David Stanley, it was a virtually painless experience. We will happily come back and buy again. More

I was impressed by his willingness to show me every car/jeep on the lot..(literally)! He was patient, not pushy and he lead me to my perfect jeep. I returned to buy a Challenger and never thought twice about "only allowing Matt Miller" to be my salesman. Mike Kirk treated me with respect and did everything he could to make the sale happen. He is an outstanding manager and not to mention easy on the eyes! I had the most fun with H.B., he made the most painful part of buying a car very easy. The three of them will have me coming back everytime! More

Buying a 2015 Jeep Rubicon in 90 minutes or less Hooked up with Matt through USAA buying service. I arrived at the dealership at 10:45 AM to find my new Wrangler Unlimited ready for delivery. Matt was fully cognizant of my short timeline and was able to complete my transaction, show me the dealership, deliver my new Jeep and get me on the road to Dallas shortly after noon. Excellent experience and my only regret is that my relocation to Texas will not permit me to utilize the dealership's seemingly excellent service department. For some reason the DealerRater website does not include Jeep as an option for what I purchased. I opted for Chrysler as the website would not let me off without the selection. Simply Amazed a Customer for life. Brian Black did everything he said he would. He proved david Stanley of Norman is nothing like the david Stanley in Midwest city. A year ago I stopped by the one in Midwest city and it was a horrible experience. He was upfront on all pricing no gimmicks, got fair value for trade, no lies, stayed focused on deal and keeping me happy, and most important treated me with respect as a valued customer not just a quota to be met. I'll be glad to shake his hand in person when I stop by for service or if I'm in town. I bought my Durango purely over the phone and by email. And he still treated me as if I was sitting in front of him. I live 4 hours from the dealership and they even decided to bring me my new vehicle and pick up my trade in. He sold me on david Stanley of Norman!!! As was his sales and finance team. I thought all sales men were slimmy slick $&@?s. just as bad as lawyers but again proved me wrong. THANK YOU!!
