worst dealership ever encountered If I have to deal with this place for service, will never buy another Jeep. I love the vehicle: this is my 4th Jeep. Had an appointment for a Wednesday at 9:00 am. Told me about 4pm they figured out what was wrong but didn't have time to fix it though they had the part in stock. Took it back on Friday at 9:00 am, with an appointment. Called me, couldn't have back till 4 pm Saturday. Called them at 3 pm. They picked me up. Then I waited in a cold work area till 6:30!!! At 5:30 they told me "just had to replace a plug-in part". They didn't" even start that warrenty repair until an hour and a half after they promised I would get it back. They had the vehicle 3 full days, charged $976.00, and the only excuse? I didn't start it soon enough". When I told the guy "you have had it this time for 2 full days, the response was "well, I had couple others to do first." Really? Then why did I make an appointment? This dealership provided good service till David Stanley took over. Never will I buy another vehicle from a dealership he runs!!!! More

Stolen from the backseat of my truck while in service 1. Bought $47,000 truck in July from this dealer. 2. Found oil leak only 10,000 miles last oil change was this dealership. 3. Took truck to service to find out why my new truck was leaking oil. 4. Told the oil filter was not tight. 5. Problem solved and new oil change $52.00. 6. Got in my truck the next morning to go hunting to find my hunting coat $120.00 and deer rattlers80.00 not in my possession any longer because someone at the dealership is a thief. 7. Left message for the service manager to call me about the theft at 4:00 am 8. No contact by 12 noon so I called them and waited on the phone for 10 mins for the Manager to get on the line. 9. Told they are not responsible for things left in vehicles. It must be company policy that stealing from customers is OK. More

Poorest service ever received Usually when you make an appointment for service, you should be seen close to the scheduled time, not over 24 hours later. After not hearing from the dealership for more than 25 hours, I called and spoke to service department to find out the status of my vehicle, only to discover it had not even been looked at by service personnel. About 6 hours later, I get a call stating what the problem they discovered was and the proposed fix action that would not happen until the next day. Fun enough, this very dealership had check off the 27 point inspection not even two months earlier stating that this was not a problem. So along with pencil-whipping the checklist, the service department caused the issue when I paid for a different service earlier. Needless to say, my vehicle will NEVER see the inside of this service department again. More

From the moment I walked into this dealership they made me feel like thy wanted the best for me! I drove off the lot with a brand new vehicle and confidence in the deal. I think both sides got a fair and outstanding deal. Yesterday my brand new vehicle starts having problems, I take it to my local dealer and they give me the run around all while leaving me without a car to drive the entire day. I call Stephan my salesman from David Stanley and he tells me to bring up the Jeep and he will take care of me. When I arrive they set me up with a loaner, not just any loaner but a brand new car right of the lot. I really feel they truly care and go the extra mile to help with any issues or concerns you may have... Not just when the money is being passed but well after the transaction is complete! No wonder they have so many awards. They are absolutely outstanding! More
