Bought the car off, my concerns were disregarded, now finally addressed but overall care of service is lacking. The first time I called to make an appointment, I was told I had to have my VIN. It wasn't enough to just have my make and model. The second time I called, with the VIN, I was told I DIDN'T need it. told I had to have my VIN. It wasn't enough to just have my make and model. The second time I called, with the VIN, I was told I DIDN'T need it. At the dealership, very few people had on masks or were wearing them at their chin until you walked up. That's not how to properly wear a mask. The point is, you wear it all the time so you're not putting your breath in the general mix of air. When you touch it, then touch the paperwork I have to sign, you just put whatever you have ON my paperwork. I get that vaccinations have started, but that's a clear signal that you just don't care about your customer's life. The whole reason I went to the dealership was to get a recall done. Oh, no, they don't actually have the parts for the recall, but they did send multiple mail pieces to let me know that I need to get the reall work done NOW. I did not actually work with the person selected. My person, who was nice, isn't on the list. I guess the female Service folks don't get featured. More

Checked in frequently, let me know where things are at, asked if I was doing good. I think her customer service skills are top notch! I don’t mind waiting, but I appreciate when people let me know what’s going on behind the scenes and why things are taking longer than expected. Thanks for a great experience.
