When I showed up for my appointment to have a repair for an emission recall, I was told they didn’t have the parts in stock. This was frustrating since I had made the appointment two weeks earlier through y an emission recall, I was told they didn’t have the parts in stock. This was frustrating since I had made the appointment two weeks earlier through your call center (transferred to them by someone at Landers Dodge). I was advised by the service tech to ask to speak with them and not the call center so they could verify the parts are available. I needed my oil changed and tires rotated so it wasn’t a total waste of time. Fortunately, Heather was able to reschedule the recall repair for the following morning. Heather was very professional and provided excellent customer service. More
Took my '16 Ram 2500 to Landers w/ a recurring CEL. Their inspection ultimately found metal shavings in oil from camshaft failure. FCA's recommended fix was to replace engine. For me, it was a long and frustrating time to be w/o my truck but my service advisor, Tracey Schrupp, kept me informed with regular updates on progress of repairs. I truly appreciate Tracey's help in getting my truck repaired. She made the process much easier to bear. More
