Service was coordinated to take care of all 3 issues (2 recall, 1 part replacement) at the same time, since I live over 2 hours away. My service was horrible. I came in on 9-1-2020 to get a oil change, tire rotation and to have my tires looked at due to my tire pressure light being on. I was told at the end of my service that I needed a oil change, tire rotation and to have my tires looked at due to my tire pressure light being on. I was told at the end of my service that I needed a new tire because the light in question had a slow leak. It was explained to me that once a tire was in stock I would be given a call to bring my vehicle back in to be repaired. Well, after 2 weeks of waiting I called the dealership on 3 occasions only to be told that hadn't received a tire yet. After not hearing back from Chris as promised, I returned to the dealership on 9-25-2020 and spoke with a service manager who then told me they did have a tire but I would have to pay the deductible along with waiting on my vehicle to be repaired. No one was empathetic to my situation nor apologized for the inconvenience. I think this needs to be addressed. More
