I received great service for recall work for my 2014 ram with the eco diesel. Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is the first time I showed up to my scheduled appointment which a loaner was promised there was with the eco diesel. So I wasted my time and missed some work and was told they would call me when one was available. Three weeks go by and no call so I call and rescheduled my appointment with a condition that if no loaner vehicle was available that either I take a vehicle for a test drive as long as you have my truck or you call and pay enterprise and rent me a car. All went smooth the second time. More
