Vehicle never fixed I have little to no confidence in the ability of this service department to diagnose and repair issues with any vehicle. Worse than that even, I suspe I have little to no confidence in the ability of this service department to diagnose and repair issues with any vehicle. Worse than that even, I suspect that something was done to my vehicle to cause further damage as it was far worse after leaving the service dept - new problems never seen before. Let’s start with my first visit to this service department. Upon entering, you drive through a bay that has an alignment diagnostic system. This is done before anyone takes a look at your car or even speaks to you about your issues. This diagnostic system reported that my vehicle was out of alignment & I was told that this issue needed to be corrected to prevent tire damage and wear. I had observed no signs of the vehicle being out of alignment myself, the old tires previously replaced (3 months prior) had no abnormal wear, & this had nothing to do with my problem with my vehicle (putting gas in the tank). Since the tires were virtually brand new, I approve the alignment job and leave the vehicle for this to be done & the service dept to diagnose/repair the issue putting fuel in the vehicle. Later that day, I was told that a fuel switch needed to be replaced to address my issue. When I went to get my vehicle, I was informed that the fuel switch did not fix the problem and that a canister would need to be replaced. The part to fix the problem, I am now told, is on back order. I pay for the tire alignment & replacing the switch and the service department tells me they will order the part and contact me when the part comes in. After two weeks and no call, I contact them and they tell me they didn’t know if the part had ever been ordered, they would have to confirm with the other service advisor. Still no call back from them, I follow up the next morning and I’m told that the part will be in by the end of the week. Now for my second trip to the service department. I drive into the bay with the alignment diagnostic system and again it says that the same tire is out of alignment. I was told “not to pay attention to that thing, it screws up all the time.” I leave the vehicle there so they can replace the canister, which they assured me will fix my problem. I called later that afternoon to check on the status of my vehicle and the technician informed me that the canister did not fix the problem and I now have to replace the entire tank, which will cost over $1300 just for the part alone - and there is no guarantee that replacing the tank will even fix the problem. Basically, I felt that they were simply changing out parts to see if anything would fix it. Without consulting with me first, they removed the new canister, put the old canister back on, & told me I could pick up my vehicle. I was not charged for this visit. More

Waste of time They didn't fix the problem. The vehicle quit the next day. You can t leave nothing on 2 minutes in that truck with out the motor running or it won't They didn't fix the problem.
