Recall work Pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the operation. Would have been 5 stars but I felt customer service could be improved. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged by every associate that I encountered, I wasn't asked any questions regarding the purpose of my visit other than the consultant I was working with, and I waited awkwardly around several employees that were horsing around for lack of better words. Nothing major as the service was prompt and pleasant, intake and outtake were efficient, definitely above par for similar interactions. More
Multiple trips for same problem I've had a rattle in both B pillars since I purchased the Wrangler from your dealership. It has been in the shop and "repaired' 3 times. Every time I picked it up, the rattle started within the first 10 miles of driving it. I told specifically what was happening each time, but never fixed. I'll likely take it somewhere else in the future. More
Disappointed to say the least. Last Saturday Christopher told me the part Needed to fix my truck would be on Tuesday and would get a call. Tuesday came and went. Call Yesterday oh i Last Saturday Christopher told me the part Needed to fix my truck would be on Tuesday and would get a call. Tuesday came and went. Call Yesterday oh it’s in can you come in today. No I’m at work. Can I come Saturday. Yes at 8am. So here it is today. I’m first in line checked in an sitting in waiting area about 820. And 955 the nice man(Was a different guy from last Saturday. ) comes out to apologize but they have the wrong part. Why if I was first in it took nearly 2 hours to figure this out is beyond me. Not to mention this now 2 Saturday’s in a row that I’ve had to wake up at 630 am to make sure I’m up in line before the bay opens up. Then asks me do I want to come next Saturday. Ummmm no. How about I bring it Wednesday on my lunch break At 1215 and someone take me back and on time by 1pm. Sure we can make that happen. I’m not sure I believe it but I will see. More
