The truck was still under warranty so I didn’t have to pay a penny. They kept me informed of every step of the process. I knew exactly what was going on with my truck. I felt very taken care of. More

(I'll blame Jeep on how long it took to get the part, b/c it took almost a week) But once the parts were in hand, had it back up and ready within a day. the ability to get text updates to the service department was a major win. Very happy to be able to hear what was going on within no time by using the system. Very good service done, easy to understand what the issue was, and how it was goin. More

Car Service We love how easy it is to get your car serviced at the Dodge dealership. While you’re waiting they offer treats and drinks. Car had to be towed; ignition switch needed replacing/keys Service was good. Only problem could not get key out of ignition after was replaced with a new one and new keys. had to bring car back to have Servi Service was good. I would like to express my disappointment with Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram from your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. Unfortunately, I can’t help but submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution. I spoke with the service manager Brent Jones on October 9, 2019 and expressed my concerns with his department and how they treat their customers. I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances. I trust that you will deal with this issue in a top urgent fashion. I also trust that you will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future. More
