Recalls Took F150 in for 2 Recalls completed in a very timely manner. Had a problem with a door sill trim piece which was warped & loose. Had to order part fr Took F150 in for 2 Recalls completed in a very timely manner. Had a problem with a door sill trim piece which was warped & loose. Had to order part from Ford. This was not the dealers fault but it took about 5 weeks to get the part from Ford. Ford needs to somehow get there inventory in better shape. Have two F150's 2011 and 2015 that I have serviced at this dealership and they always take care of me and if there is any problem they fix it immediately. More

Consider your options first Had a scheduled (warranty) service for my 2017 which ended up taking almost a week to complete. Although the car was not able to drive at all (which apparently is a requirement for receiving a service vehicle), I did not receive a service vehicle for the duration of me week long service. Why am I paying for a brand new car that I can’t drive nor receive a service vehicle for my inconvenience? Once I got my car back, there was INSTANTLY another issue revolving the service that was just performed. Getting someone on the phone is a joke. You can call 10000000 times and you’ll only get the voicemail and MIGHT receive a call back 2-3 days later. Probably never buying another Ford again after this although I love them. More
