First problem on the day of test driving the car it made weird knocking noise and going over bumps sounded horrible. They took it back AGAIN and put it on system and said everything came back normal and it was because the car had not been drove in a long time and to give it a while of driving. The sound when going over bumps was told because it’s a smaller car (Hyundai Elantra) that’s how it would sound.Ok now maybe 2months or less go by I take the car in again and they put it on system and they say same thing. I wait a while longer and finally just take it down the street to Crain Hyundai they “immediately” find the problem and the cost is 2,409. Keep in mind at Landers Kia it had been put on there system 3 DIFFERENT times but so called couldn’t find the problem. Take it back up to Landers Kia and they first try to make me pay for everything keep in mind I purchased the car LESS than 3 month before this. Then they file it through my car warranty and it was approved. 2nd problem they kept my car way longer then I was told and supposed to had changed the oil while it was there. Nope DIDN’T happen and they tell me I’d have to bring it back.Well after my husband called they said they would get to it that day. 3rd problem I see someone with the exact same car and ask does it sound like the car is going to fall apart when hitting bumps she says no it rides smoothly over bumps. So I take my car to Firestone and they say the problem is the Strut Mount & Bearing along with Shocks needing to be changed which is $776.00. Please tell me how this is supposed to be a reputable known company selling cars like this? How is a car with less than 58,000 miles that SUPPOSEDLY pass all these inspections have 3,200 worth of things needing to be fixed ALREADY? Especially when I mentioned ALL these problems on DAY OF PURCHASE? To make matters worse a friend of mine went to them thinking she would have a better experience and the first car they test drove had mold on the seatbelt and smelled horrible.The car they got has been having problems since day one also. She only went with them cause they worked hard on getting her in a car with her credit. If I wanted a LEMON car I would have went to Broadway. I’ve NEVER experienced any car issues from other reputable dealerships but they didn’t have what I was looking for. PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE. More

I couldn't believe how easily & quickly the Service people at Landers Kia made my day! My 2014 Soul needed an oil change & basic service ... but my original battery could no longer start the car. Calle people at Landers Kia made my day! My 2014 Soul needed an oil change & basic service ... but my original battery could no longer start the car. Called for an appointment at 2:45 on Thursday afternoon, explained my predicament, was concerned that it might be Friday or Monday before I could get in. Darcy told me they had an opening at 4PM THAT DAY! Told her I also needed a new battery and asked if they had a replacement in stock. Within about 2 minutes she said "Yes!" I connected my car's battery to my wife's, started my car and drove to the dealership. A smiling Service Writer named Kemp greeted me; asked what work was needed; he suggested that coolant replacement would be wise & I agreed. Kemp assured me they would get to work right away. About 40 minutes later Kemp told me my Kia Soul was ready, it had been washed & vacuumed and was at the door; all I had to do was to go to the cashier and pay! WOW! I was so relieved! Thanks to all the people who made this all happen for me so easily and quickly. Thanks LANDERS SERVICE TEAM!!! Dick M More
My car stopped working and I got it towed to Kia! They have had my car since Friday. I was t called or told anything about my car! I called them. They promised to call me back by end of the day. Saturday I called them again cause no one called me back. I was upset and pissed. They gave me the run around. They still haven’t told me what’s wrong with my car. I was told they would call me Saturday. They never called me back! Here it is Monday and still no word! Their service is horrible and I would not recommend Kia to anyone!!! On Saturday I asked for a rental or courtesy vehicle the guy told me they didn’t have any and that they had 25 cars in front of my car…. Mind you I was given an 1130 appointment on Friday. Still no word on my vehicle. The scheduler Barbra told me “NONE OF MY BUSINESS” WHEN I ASKED HER NAME. The other person Todd M told me they had 25 cars in front me and that they don’t do courtesy vehicle. I was to go out of town and had to cancel plans cause they NEVER contacted me about my car! Kia is full of xxxx and once my car is done I’m done with them! More
I can't express how much I have been impressed with the quality of service that Richard in service provides. He communicates effectively and really makes us feel like family. I have dealt with multiple advisors at numerous shops over the years and no-one compares from a customer service standpoint. I have no concerns sending my wife or daughter in with service questions because I truly feel like he will look out for our best interests. More
Genuinely a zero-star experience with the service department at Landers Kia. Dropped off my car on a Wednesday with a check engine light on and 3:30 p.m. appointment to have it looked at that day. A service aid named Todd said he'd get back to me some time the next day with an update, but stressed that engine issues are hard to timetable without a full diagnosis of the issue. I appreciated his transparency, but that was the last I ever heard from him. Called back Thursday and was told to leave him a message. Called Friday twice and it was the same experience. Finally, called Saturday to no avail and, as someone who needed a mode of transport for their job, decided to buy a new car altogether. Called the following Monday and left another voicemail to say "Please, do not look at my car," and when I followed up the same day on that voicemail, I finally talk to a service rep who tells me my car is now being diagnosed. It's evident the whole department needs a lesson in communication skills. I will never be touching a Kia again. More

We were in this morning to have our 2018 Sportage serviced. We were disappointed that the mandate to wear face masks was not enforced. There was a customer when we entered who never put on a face c serviced. We were disappointed that the mandate to wear face masks was not enforced. There was a customer when we entered who never put on a face covering and was moving around constantly and a few employees who passed through the waiting area without face masks. Thus, based on this we are rating is mixed for this visit. More
