I finally was able to speak to a service manager yesterday who told me because it is a warranty issue the fix takes time to come from the factory. He felt it would be released in a couple of days….so I am hopeful for a resolution soon.

If, the person I talked to originally would have informed the service department that I would be waiting for my vehicle, because I am not independently wealthy and have numerous vehicles to hand you my vehicle for a week and a half; then maybe there would have been no problem. Also, the second person I talked to had NO care for me as a customer and just repeated that I needed to leave the vehicle for a week and a half or tough luck. I am very upset that each day, I travel to work 1 1/2 to 2 hours early because I pull over because my vehicle fails to get me there unless I give it time to recover or I have to reset the computer system manually. I know you get busy, but DON'T lie to me and then act like I'm the one who made a mistake. Isn't it possible to put me on a list to be able to bring it in while other vehicles are being repaired and NOT being diagnosed?
